Lost an item at our airport? Fill in the form by clicking on the Search for an item button below, stating its main characteristics and the date you lost it. You will be contacted if the search is successful.
Items that are found are only available if claimed within one year from the date they were lost. After this time, the item will be sent to auction. The item should preferably be collected within three months of the date we notify you.
The service does not deal with items or luggage left on board the aircraft; these are handled by the Lost & Found offices at airports or directly by the airlines.

For lost checked baggage and items left on board the aircraft, please contact your airline's Lost & Found office located inside the customs area before exiting the baggage claim area. Here you can initiate the lost luggage ticket (PIR) with your airline.
