Transit and access are authorized ONLY in the case of transport of a person with a disability, holding the mark or passengers with temporarily reduced mobility who require assistance from the Sala Amica. Valid only for the date indicated in this form correctly filled out. If the checks carried out to reveal the truthfulness of the contents of this declaration, the declarant loses any benefits resulting from the provision issued on the basis of the untruthful declaration (Article 75 of the Presidential Decree No. 445/2000).

Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30/06/2003: Code regarding the protection of personal data. The data will be processed with automated methods, guaranteeing confidentiality and security with adequate protection measures, so as to reduce the risk of destruction or loss of data ( also accidental), of unauthorized access, of processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes of the collection.
